I Use PPC Advertising

As an owner of a business website, I’ve learned that using PPC advertising, or pay-per-click advertising can be beneficial in several ways. When I first completed my business website and was ready to launch, I wasn’t exactly sure how I was going to attract customers. I knew that a friend of mine was using PPC advertising with her business website, but I wasn’t exactly sure how it worked. She explained to me that you bid for strategic key words or key phrases with one or more search engines, and if you win the bid the search engine will rank your website on or close to the top of the list when people use those keywords.

The great thing about PPC advertising is that you pay a certain amount only when someone clicks on your website link when it comes up in the search engine. I found that PPC advertising can save me a lot of money, especially when I am searching for just the right keywords or key phrases that will get people to my website. If people aren’t clicking on my website link very often, then the keywords aren’t working, and I can try some others; but I didn’t have to pay a large fee to find this out. I do pay more when keywords are working well and I’m getting a lot of visitors to my business website, but I am also making more money, so it works out well. To me, PPC advertising is a win-win situation, and though it isn’t the only form of advertising I use, it is definitely one that I will always use.
